It's Been Awhile

Life has been busy. I bought a car - it is very pretty and my insurance company like everybody's insurance company is screwing me a bit.

Pete looks hot on the cover of NME this week - this is an odd feeling for me because the fandom has been really trying to kill any love I have left for the Libs/Pete/Carl.

I am finally going to see the Violent Femmes and Tool - two nights one weekend and August cannot get here soon enough - I cannot express how soon August has to get here.

Work had been crazy - not as crazy as past seasons thanks to prior proper planning but still a bit crazy recently. The power company has decided to play God and flip switches whenever it wants - this totally caused me to pull an all night shift after the full day. I was supposed to be done at 1.15 am and I got done at 5 pm the next day then I had to come in again that night for midnight. Thank god last night was my last night shift until next week! Then I have a week off! Yeah!

Yeah I know that feeling - its not that I don't want to care its just it all seems like there is so much drama that you just want to bury your head and not hear anything about it at all.
